There were a few details like the occasional missing handles on drawers and a loose electrical outlet but this did not detract from our comfort and experience given the other positive factors and yes there were complimentary cookies every night and coffee and water in the lobby. "The hotel was nicely updated and clean. The breakfast was very good as well. Only issue is one elevator was down and the other one was having problems so we had long waits and had to use the stairs a couple times. We decided to do the valet parking which was 45 a night thinking it’d be a little safer to use their garage- turns out they use the public parking across the street which is only 20 a day. "

"The property is nice, the rooms are clean, the staff is very attentive and helpful. The only issue is outside the hotel. Its located in a party area that gets loud and gritty and somewhat ghetto. But i would definitely recommend the hotel as is, its a great hotel. Just wish the area around was as good. "
