"Nice accommodations. Room upstairs had a horse running laps into 10:30, staff intervened to stop the training session. Water pressure very low on floor 5. Probably eco thing but irritating. Breakfast a little better than average for the buffet thing."

"All of the staff were helpful and courteous. At the front desk, Annick Perrillat-Boiteux was extremely friendly and helpful, checking us in early, directing us to local groceries, gas stations, tourist sites, and helping us with anything we needed. Additionally, the Hyatt location was very close to the Brandeis campus, where we were dropping off our daughter for her first college year. They serve a decent breakfast at the Hyatt, but it gets very busy later in the morning. Best to get there early."

"The gentleman who checked us in was very polite friendly and professional 5 stars to him!! Pool was nice but cold. Parking very convenient. On the down side, The room was comfortable but not properly cleaned. We had no remote for the tv in the room no sheets for the sofa bed ceiling lights were not working no sponge to wash dishes fridge was very filthy floor was dirty shower was also very dirty. Housekeeping were very loud before 8 in the morning."

"The mini fridge wasn’t deep cleaned and the room could use an airing out between guests. There’s a bit of a musty smell. All the bedroom & bathroom windows open and, once aired, the smell goes away. But the bedrooms & bathroom were very clean. Beautiful bedding, drapery, & furniture. The largest 2-room suite I’ve seen. A entrance/sitting room with desk & end chair. Small bedroom with a twin bed, main bedroom was spacious and an efficiency kitchen complete with small stove, full sized microwave, mini fridge with freezer, kitchen sink with counters/cabinets/bar seating. Bathroom is off the kitchen and not connected to either bedroom which is a nice feature when traveling with family. Staff were very friendly, Hot breakfast with fruit, & pastries served until 9:30am. Only 2 short blocks to the Main Street shopping district. Would certainly stay again if we returned to Concord."
