"Pros: the room was clean, there is a refrigerator/beverage cooler in the room. Hallways relatively quiet. Woman who checked us in was extremely pleasant. Shower head was high, water was pleasantly hot. It is just a few minutes ride to all the historical attractions in Lexington and Concord. Cons: No hooks or towel bars (what do you do with the damp towels?). No microwave. No night/dim light for those who get up during the night - turning on the big lights woke others up. No free breakfast, though regular coffee was available all day.. Charged CC $50/day for possible incidentals, and will refund if we don't use it (What)?"

"Dear Mr. Patel, I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent stay at the Bedord Plaza Hotel. This was my first time staying there. I have previsoulsy stayed at Patel hotels throughtout the country; and often seek them out as from most of my experience is that they are family run and show pride in ownership. While the location was perfect for a visit to Mintue Man Park; I felt it was important to bring to your attention several aspects of my stay that did not meet reasonable expectations. My goal in sharing this is to assist your team in improving the guest experience. Housekeeping & Cleanliness: Upon arrival, the room was OK; but their was some litter on the floor. It appears to have not been fully cleaned with stains on pieces of furniture. The air conditioner was not working; buttons did not work, and I had to unplug it. The morning breakfast did not have staples such as orange jucie or apple juice or even water to drink. Ther was an overall 'messiness' to the facility. I understand that unexpected issues can arise, but I felt these incidents reflected a need for updated equipment and improved housekeeping checks and overall management of this hotel. I believe in your hotel's potential, and I hope this constructive feedback helps in refining your service standards. Basically would I stay here aagain?; and as of now the answer is no. I hope you will make improvements for future geusts."
