The Embassy Valletta Hotel

"Stunning hotel, beautiful rooms, helpful friendly staff, great breakfast and perfectly located in the heart of Valetta. Our only issue was the pool, beautiful views but not enough beds to go around. We then felt guilty using a restaurant table for bags despite it being empty. Also, my partner and son tried the midnight swim and were very much looking forward to the experience. We were told it was a calm and serene looking at the stars session and warned it was quiet so as not to disturb other guests (a sublet warning given we have two boys). After staying up my partner and eldest got there to find a busy bar filled with public and nothing about the swim. Our eldest son was devastated. The hotel is stunning, smells divine but perhaps not best suited to families with younger children such as ourselves."

"My Mother and I really enjoyed our stay at the Gomerino Hotel. The staff is attentive and facilities are clean. My only issue, is there is no outside view in the room. we had a tiny window in our room that I did not bother checking what was on the other side. there is also a lingering smell in the bathroom but we did not spend too much time in the room to be bothered."

"FANTASTIC hotel!! My wife and I were massively impressed from the moment we walked through the front door (especially compared to the budget hotel we stayed at in Naples). I believe Judit was the receptionist we interacted with the most, and she was amazing, accommodating every request we had to the best of her availability. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and modern, and the AC was very effective. We really appreciated the complimentary beach towels as well in the reception. The hotel is in a great location as well if you're interested in staying near Valleta, but not *too close* to Valleta. The streets are calm in the evening, but Valleta is just a short walk away if you want to experience the energy of Valleta. Also, the nearby Triq Sant' Anna Street has almost all of the bus lines pass through it, so getting around Malta by bus is an absolute breeze. We didn't opt in for the breakfast, so I can't comment on that, but there's several nice cafes in the area for a basic breakfast. Overall, can't recommend 23 Boutique enough, and it may just be the best hotel we stay at for our entire Europe trip!"

"One of the main advantages of this hotel is its perfect location in Valletta. My room was clean, and the towels were changed—except for one day when the trash wasn't emptied and I didn't get any shampoo; it seems the housekeeper forgot. Overall, a pleasant experience."

"Great location and comfortable stay The location of 115 The Strand Hotel is fantastic, and the beds were really comfortable. The rooms were kept clean, which was a positive. However, we did have some issues with the air conditioning, including a leak, and there were signs of damp and mould, which was disappointing. If natural daylight is important to you, I’d recommend booking a balcony room which is lovely but we also had one of the standard rooms it had no natural light at all, just a concrete wall outside the window. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection of options. The front-of-house team were lovely and welcoming, although the restaurant staff weren’t particularly pleasant overall. Only two members of the restaurant team were genuinely engaging and friendly. Overall, the hotel has a fantastic location, comfortable beds and clean rooms, but the air-conditioning, damp/mould issues and lack of natural light in some standard rooms are worth considering when booking."

"I've stayed in many luxury hotels and Iniala Valletta is at the top of the list!!! I'm so happy I didn't stay in the St. Julian area. This was a beautiful view of the grand Harbour... quiet and elegant. I cannot compliment the staff and hotel enough."
