"It was a wonderful experience during our stay at this hotel. The staff members were very nice and professional. All the facilities, from the gardens to the rooms and restaurant, were nice and clean. "The room was always clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful (I speak Spanish). WiFi was good. My only complain was the hot water. Sometimes there was none. But this is not a deal breaker."
