"Very cozy and beautiful place"

"Check in was quick and easy. The people at the front were very nice. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and nice. I reserved a room with a balcony but the balcony was very small. You couldn't fit a chair in. The view was nice because it faced the plaza and it was nice and busy. You are able to close the balcony doors but there was some noise because it faced the street. My biggest complaint was the people next door. I was staying at room 105 and the people on 104 started having a party or continuing with one at 2:45 am. The women were loud and one guy talked so loud it appeared their were in my room. I couldn't understand how the people at reception could not hear them. It seems the walls in the hotel are thin. I kept on waiting for them to finish their loud discussions but they went for a while. Finally at 5 am they stopped because one of them decided to go to sleep. Unfortunately the others switched to another room but they were away from mine so I just went to sleep. The next day the people at reception didn't say a word to me after I gave them my key. I don't think I will come back to this hotel again. I paid too much for not getting a good night's sleep. "

"The staff are kind. The location is convenient. The campus is beautiful. Green grass and breezy. The food from the kitchen is delicious. During the day, you can walk two or three homes down the street and can find small eateries. Parking was easy. An Oxxo near by. I appreciated the airport service. Some points to consider: the internet was not as reliable as I would've loved and there is no laundry service."

"We stay here quite frequently and each time we return they have improved or replaced something. With that said we had another excellent stay. The value for the money is excellent and as always very clean. The front desk, cleaning and restaurant staff were all helpful and friendly."

"The hotel is under construction and kind of hard to even know where the front door is. Apparently they have been adding a 2nd tower for the past year. I canceled the other hotel I had because I liked that this hotel had a pool with a view of the city only to arrive and find out the pool was not open due to some accident they are doing construction on it. My kiddo was very sad that she wasn’t able to swim and enjoy the pool. Staff was nice and property is nice but definitely an eye soar with all the construction."
