"Hotel was very clean, but rooms and hotel could use some updating. Location was perfect for all the things we had planned. Staff and food were amazing!!!! Would definitely return just based off of the care provided by the staff. "

"They advertise onsite parking, and while that’s technically true, there is nowhere near enough parking for the number of units. I stayed from 4/3–4/9 and not once was I able to get a parking space—and I am disabled. I made them aware of my condition before arriving, and I was assured I would be accommodated. That did not happen. It got so bad that we actually had to skip going to the theme parks because I was afraid that if we left, we wouldn’t have a place to park when we returned. Imagine having to tell your child you can’t go to the parks because of something like that. The only option was a parking garage multiple buildings away, and I had to pay for a golf cart just to get assistance. My son even witnessed another disabled woman who was physically shaken dealing with the same situation. The worst part? No accountability. Not even a phone call. I gave them 20 days to reach out before filing complaints—nothing. Based on my experience, I honestly question the reviews. The property is outdated, overcrowded, and poorly managed. I’ve been to Disney and Universal many times—both peak and off-season—and I have never experienced anything like this. I will say this: Expedia was excellent and truly tried to help resolve the issue. Unfortunately, **Westgate Resorts refused to approve any resolution. Expedia still made an effort to make things right, which I appreciate. They had the nerve to use staffing for the delays!"

"Was a stop for one night! Shuttle was the only asset great for cruise/ airport. The check-in staff was the most unfriendly we have ever encountered on our travels!! Housekeeping staff was as well! Rooms were not the cleanest, our feet were filthy walking on the floors! There is No where to go in that area without a vehicle but to hotel next door to eat! It is a Very unpleasant feeling when you are made unwelcome! A smile goes along way! We will not return again! We will look elsewhere! "

"B Ocean Resort is a nice, clean hotel in a great location, and overall we had a very enjoyable stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our visit, and the beach area was clean, well maintained, and easy to enjoy. Amenities like beach chairs were easily accessible, which made our beach days even better. There are a few small areas that could use some improvement. Our room was missing a few basic items upon arrival, and the water pressure in the bathroom wasn’t the best. Nothing that ruined our stay, but a little more attention to those details would make the experience even better. Overall, it was a good stay with great service, a clean property, and a beautiful beach atmosphere. We would definitely consider staying again."

"Todo lindo hotel limpio mucha diversión para los niños me encanta el detalle de entrar a volcano bay temprano y ir a pie es una linda experiencia. El personal del hotel atento y carismático. Gracias a la Hauskiping no la vi ni la conocí pero tuvo el detallazo de arreglar la cama de mis niñas colocando todos los días su muñequito de bluey que dejaba tirado . Gracias la niña y yo lo agradecemos muchísimo. A ella le gustaba llegar de los parques y ver su muñequito acostado yo esperándola . ❤️❤️"
