"The hotel is great. What I enjoy the most is that it is located within the Orlando International Airport. I stay before a flight and after returning home. It is much more relaxing this way. Although it is located within the airport it is extremely quiet."

"The room we had looked like it has not been vacuumed. The floor was dirty but staff was great. We loved the balcony absolutely loved the bar and the worker cant remember his name. We enjoyed ourselves"

"Really good hotel conveniently located a walking distance from all the museums and attractions, that is if you don’t mind walking. There are restaurants, CVS, parks, metro station and bars located in the vicinity. The pool was nice and clean and there were plenty of beach chairs, the outside bar was fully stocked and the drinks were good. The only “issue” I had, even though it’s not really an issue because they’re making the hotel and experience better, is that I missed out on the indoor bar/restaurant because it was under renovation. Missed out on that but it is looking good. I’d definitely recommend it especially if this is your first time in DC. I’d definitely stay again in this hotel and hopefully the indoor bar/restaurant is completed."

"Great boutique hotel with satisfactory amenities. Very few wall signs required maintenance/ repair. I arrived around 2pm and tried checking in early which would allow me to get to my seminar in a timely manner but was told that a $45 fee would be charged for early check-in. I understand the value of paying this if you have a waiting list of people trying to check in and the lobby might be overcrowded. But the lobby was calm, only 2 other people were waiting patiently for 4pm to check in. I think this is where excellent customer service is differentiated from good customer service, knowing when to be flexible regarding the fees. But I get it, it's a business but sometimes these are the details that matter when it comes to customer satisfaction. Overall, great hotel at a great price and would consider staying here again. Staff was very respectful and professional. Also, room needed better lighting besides the mood lighting."
