"Seating was comfortable staff was very cool at first but then kept my 50 dollar refund didn’t schedule my shuttle bus correctly at 6 pm said it was incorrect after telling me to request 24 hours ahead and I did when it was time to go could’ve left me stranded pool was beautiful views nice breakfast lady was extremely nice air conditioning works perfectly hot and cold air was good"

"The hotel as crowded. Could not even use the elevators without waiting in line for 30 minutes. Rude staff that enforced crazy rules like not being able to take to elevator to the ground floor. They had someone actually stopping guests in a rude and obnoxious manner. The pools were CROWDED to an unhealthy degree and the water was ….well you can imagine. "

"Everything was great. You have to pay for breakfast but I had a suite with a stove. So I pretty much made my own. The pool was nice. Bar was awesome. The air worked great. Also property parking not included "

"Arrived early for early check in and still had to wait almost 5 hrs to get in my room. They advertise for many activities but there really aren’t many at all. No chairs at the pool for free or to buy. It’s like going to an à la carte restaurant, you literally have to pay for everything. You would think the resort fees would cover chairs for the pool or at least parking but nope. Stayed a week and had to pay $210 just to park smh. Looks beautiful online but it’s outdated and barely clean, hallways were dirty the entire week we stayed. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Will never stay here again!!! Visited family that stayed at summer bay resort around the corner from here, must bigger and cleaner property with more amenities and parking included. Would much rather have stayed there.."
