"I only had two transactions with the staff in the 5 days I was. Checkin & out. Room was very clean. Comfy bed & pillows. I would recommend this hotel. The only downside, there were many restaurants ajoining it, with loads of people coming & going. But once in the lift to your room it was very quiet. Bang in the centre of the Susukino area. Restaurants & bars just a 50 meter walk away. Susukino is the 'happening' area of Sapporo. "

We cooked most night so it was very handy having a cooker, full fridge, cooking appliance and utensils. They cleaned our room once for our long stay. "Property is only 15mins drive to town area. Place is clean and quiet at night. Free parking is a plus. It would be perfect if the apartment could let us connect TV to wifi so that we could watch Netflix as all the programmes there are in Japanese and we don't understand.
