The Palm Tree

One night stay. The bedroom floor, beside the bed and underneath it, had an accumulation of dust and fluff, and being asthmatic resulted in me having a poor nights sleep, We had been out all day and got back to the room late at night and didn’t notice until the morning, when we reported it on checking out. The staff we sympathetic and said they would report it to housekeeping. Breakfast was very good, well stocked and plenty of variety. However, the tables were very close together, it was like sitting at a very long table. We didn’t use the car park but it looked well lit and plenty of spaces.

We had a wonderful stay to celebrate my partner's birthday. Upon arrival we were surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and throughout our stay we were treated with courtesy by all of the staff. Also, the breakfast was amazing with a fantastic choice. The location is excellent, with the train station, theatres and plenty of bars and restaurants all within a 5 minute radius. Thank you again for making our stay very special.
