"The staff was hands down the best ! We did have ac trouble but they sent a repairman up right away and he had it up and going in no time. The hotel was very clean and staff very helpful with questions and recommendations. "

"Everything was really nicely done. For once I had enough covers without having to call downstairs; checkout is later than most, and food is available pretty much every waking hour. I don't feel like I can take a star off for the exorbitant parking ($48) or breakfast ($38) but want to mention it. New Orleans is expensive! Staying more than one night unlocks some discounts and gives a bit of time to enjoy the amenities. We were only there for the night, unfortunately. The hotel is an easy walk to the river and the French Quarter, and is attached to a mall (didn't go to the mall but it seems to be an upscale one)."

"They need to change their "standard" view description to "no" view or "blocked" view. We were given room 408 that opened up to a dark wall & littered ledge. Room was also vary dated. Would not be staying there again."
