"The counter person did something wrong with my reservation which did not show me in the correct room. Thirty minutes after check in,the clerk used a key and entered my room to what I could only assume he put me in the wrong room. The next day, they assigned my room to another guest while I was still in the room and once again someone barged into my room. It happened a third time which I assume the clerk was trying to verify the room was occupied. When I addressed the situation with the staff the clerk previously didn’t process my reservation correctly and they didn’t have any paper work for my reservation. They did take the room cost along with a room deposit which I assume will be another problem getting the deposit back considering the screw up with my reservation. Luckily I was alone on this trip, but I did feel like my privacy had been compromised on this stay."

"The only thing I didn’t like was that there was a roach in the room…. 😭😭😭 and there was not an iron in my room and the only staff member there couldn’t help me because he didn’t have keys to the room where they keep irons. But the staff member was super nice."

"Our room was spacious clean, and seperate area for a mini kitchen with sofa was an added area for guests who came to visit.Staff tended to my requests very well, parking was safe too "

"Overall, the service is great and fast when I needed someone to help with the luggage take my luggage take my luggage down get my car with valet. Everything was great. I have no complaints. This is my first stay there."
