"Loved it, very close to places of interest and easy to walk around to the town and find our way back. Place was well cleaned, though they did reuse our sheets one day for a swap. Understandable i suppose. Spent 10 mins awaiting someone to come to the front desk to check in on arrival, but was always manned nearly every other time. Otherwise, incredibly enjoyable stay."

"We love this quirky hotel in Nottingham and its our go to place when visiting the Motorpoint Arena. Last night was disappoint because some moron was playing the same music, loudly, for quite a long time after lights out. So not a great night then to top it us this morning the hospitality tray had not been replenished and there was no milk for my wifes coffee and only one packet of biscuits! We will still look to stay there next time but we are now on the two strikes and out!"

"I didn't realize the host would send an email to fill out. When you return this, you are then sent the code for the front door and your room. This was my fault. Thank goodness an employee spotted me because she was able to call the host and I was able to get in. I can't say enough good things about my room. VERY clean, everything looked brand new, big screen tv, beautiful decorating. It is in a historical part of the city and was across the street from a church built in the 1400s. I would definitely stay here again."

"Room 38 is a little dated, broken glass on window, wooden frame loose. room itself was OK. Bathroom tidy and shower good. Breakfast was excellent and there was a good choice. Hotel is very quiet which was great and meant a good nights sleep."
