Away from the city centre, but room was quiet, well appointed (including an iMac on the desk), soft bed and clean enough to pass for new. Good breakfast, in a clean bright environment. Staff were caring (offering water on a hot day) and very helpful - including a list of recommended eateries locally in the suburbs. Would use again.

Spent seven nights here in October and would definitely stay here again. We arrived early and was hoping to leave our luggage but the reception staff offered to check the status of our room and we were able to check in early. All the staff we encountered were friendly, helpful and spoke English. The room was clean and very spacious, the bed was lovely and comfortable and we had everything we needed. Great hotel. Best hotel bed I've ever slept in! Nespresso coffee machine in room was a nice touch. Room was very quiet and had blinds to keep the light out. The only thing I'd change would have been to have a bathtub but the hotel doesn't have any! Breakfast was good too

We enjoyed our stay at the Labelle Suite. It is located in the Latin Quarter which is quite a vibrant area. The 747 bus service from the airport drops you off a few minutes’ walk away. The Berri-Uqam metro station is also very close. Everything went well with check-in. We were given a large room with two double beds, even though there were only two people in our party. A good old fashioned hotel that was clean and comfortable. A large room with really comfy beds and pillows. Fantastic breakfast every morning and in a great location for all the areas we wanted. Walked everywhere.

This is a great place, specially if you are friendly and social person. Staff is superfriendly and caring, prices at the bar are lower than in many places downtown. Everybody is accepted as they are and Samesun really does their part for people to feel in good spirits and welcomed.

Good location for the old town and Mont Real if you are fit ! Huge apartment..bit dark and old fashioned but that's okay. Breakfast good but room dining room small kneading to lack of seating at peak times.
