"We were welcomed when we walked in the door by friendly front desk staff. They were helpful in giving us walking directions to where we were meeting a shuttle. Only thing I was slightly disappointed in was how long it took to get hot water in the shower."

"There was a water main break so we were without water for an entire day. I received no notification of the issue or any status updates while it was being fixed. All that was offered was a case of water left in the hallway so if you happened to see it you could grab a bottle or two before the case was gone, but it was not enough to shower or flush a toilet. Even after water was back on, I had no hot water for the remainder of my stay. They did offer an extended happy hour and some chili to guests. While I realize the water main break was not the fault of the hotel and their staff, their response to it and to the needs of the guests was not good. I was told I could get rewards points, but I'm not a Hilton rewards member. I was not offered any reimbursement because I booked through expedia (not sure why that's a factor!), and that I could go to the hotel next door to use their gym shower and bathroom if I needed to. NOT GOOD customer service in an emergency!"

"This is the second time we booked at this hotel. (We are a family of 5) Very convenient, close to 16th St, we literally walked to the places we wanted to go. Super friendly staff, the bartender so nice. Breakfast was good, I wish they can add bacon as option as well. The guys from the valet parking were super nice as well, very respectful always telling us “good morning” “enjoy your day” “welcome back”"

"Breakfast was terrible. Bagel was thin and grease soaked. They did not even offer a free cup of coffee in the morning. It had to come out of the $10 token given for breakfast. Lobby was often packed with people in the evening for special events so you couldn’t get a drink at the bar if you wanted one. The complementary ride was never available. You had to get a Lyft ride. The resort daily fee was charged but I never got to use it - just was charged extra money for hardly nothing but that $10 breakfast token. I’ve stayed here before but it was much better! The bathroom sink took very long to drain. My room was noisy. I was located near elevators and heard lots of clanging in the predawn hours."
