"Booked a nonrefundable room through a third-party and had to change the booking. Didn’t have a good reason, but the hotel still willing to work with me and change the dates and give me credit."

"Room was clean however not sure if it was a full room service everyday or just towels changed as there were days where bedding didn’t seemed changed and rubbish wasn’t removed from room. Spa access is restricted however this is totally understandable and the facilities are amazing. Overall the hotel, staff and facilities were outstanding. Breakfast was fabulous! Well worth the money. "

"We had a great stay at the Clayton Hotel. It is such a unique property with a historic building inside of it and then modern hotel rooms above. The staff is friendly and kind - the bar was especially fun. It is ideally located - walkable to everything, including train stations. The beds were comfy and we only had one breakfast there but it was very nice. "

"Room was spotless. Bed and pillows super comfortable. Staff were great. Have stayed many times with zero complaints. Left my kindle and they went out of their way to return it to me. Thanks so much. "
