Slap bang in the middle of the centre of the hague..walking distance to trams and buses. Great helpful staff . Beds a bit hard for me personally and pillows could be a bit better and also towels need to be bigger . Otherwise comfortable stay

The hotel is clean although after a 7 day stay the floor in the room wasn’t cleaned once. The bedding wasn’t changed either. The servicing of the room was minimal but it did take place every other day. I ordered a birthday cake which was €12.50 and was even asked for a name of the recipient. All ...
