Top The Grand Social Hotel Reviews
The Fleet
10/10 Excellent
"For a place in the heart of Dublin, it was excellent. It caters towards a more traditional feel sprinkled with some modern ammenities. The rainshower and glass door shower was great as was the large mirror with light. Some outlets had usb-c jacks. The main entry to the hotel was the real charmer. There were fireplaces with nice wooden mantles and spacious old era couches all with character. The breakfast buffet was good also as was the staff who recommeneded a great dinner since we were staying only 1 night on a layover from Greece. Special calll out to "The Church" restaurant and bar 10 or so blocks away from the Fleet. It which featured irish dancing and wonderful food. Compared to other stays, the staff were wonderful. The only minor issue is lack of gym and the bed was very firm. I like a firm bed but my wife disagrees. The staff are top notch and loaned us a 3 prong charger for the night. Important for Ireland."
Zanzibar Locke
10/10 Excellent
"Our room had a lot of space and a small but full kitchen. More lighting would have been a welcome addition at night."
Clink i Lár
10/10 Excellent
"I usually don’t stay at hostels but I stayed here for a night and it was a pretty good spot! i’d stay here again if I’m in dublin in the future"
Arlington Hotel O'Connell Bridge
10/10 Excellent
"Clean, cute hotel close to all of the tourist attractions in Dublin. Restaurant was good and had music at night."
Temple Bar Hotel Dublin by The Unlimited Collection
10/10 Excellent
"Great location, super accessible. There was a problem with my shower the night I checked in, staff moved me to another room and upgraded me."
Ruby Molly Hotel Dublin by IHG
8/10 Good
"We arrived early morning and were able to store our luggage until checking in. Our room was ready around noon, so we could check in and have a nap to battle jet lag. Lots of shopping and pubs nearby on pedestrian only streets. Strong a/c with comfortable bed/bedding. Small but adequate room/bathroom."
Dublin One Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Staff were super nice and helpful. Breakfast was always fantastic. The room was very clean and comfortable."
Temple Bar Townhouse
8/10 Good
"Room 411 had a lot of charm and was what we needed for 3 of us to stay a few nights in center city at a favorable rate. We got used to climbing the four flights up and down! We very much appreciated the coffee/tea tray with new cookies every day. The nighttime sounds from Temple Bar partygoers were not too bad, but the seagull hollering outside our window in the morning was a surprise! Overall this served our purposes and had some old European charm."
Hotel Riu Plaza The Gresham Dublin
8/10 Good
"Staff were friendly and helpful, food was great in the lounge, breakfast felt like a cafeteria, very noisy. Rooms were not sound proof, could hear neighbor rooms and people in the hallway, bathroom floors very slippery when wet. Finding rooms was like going through a maze."
