THe room would have benefited from a chair in the room and my room (pretender) needs privacy film or a net curtain as there are tables directly outside which can see into the room. Orherwise and despite this the stay was exceptional and highly recommended"

"We are on the way home from an absolutely wonderful 2 night visit at The Foresters. Staff couldn’t have been more friendly and done any more for us, right down to a surprise ‘happy anniversary’ balloon display! The food (breakfast and Sunday roast) were the best we’ve had for a long time, with very generous portions at very reasonable prices. The bar is well stocked with drinks and plenty of friendly locals to chat to. The room was super comfy, spacious and clean with thoughtful touches, including useful local guides, tea, coffee, fresh milk and mini toiletries. There is even an honesty operated community village shop right next door. Thank you Warren, Teddy and family for everything. We will be back if you’ll have us! 😊"
