"Not a 5 star experience "

"Wonderful stay. We were welcomed by the warmest reception staff and taken to our room. The family suite had it all and I can thoroughly recommend for any families of 4 (9 & 13). A great location with lots of restaurants and the beach a stones throw. We took the tram from just 200m from the hotel to Athens centre which took approx 40 mins door to door and got to see the beautiful coast en route. I would book again in a flash. Sorry to be leaving! "For the price, the hotel exceeded my expectations. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was okay, but many times the lids were off, so the food was cold. They had a decent selection to choose from though. I also had a larger vehicle and they helped me with parking. There is also plenty of shopping and restaurants within a short walking distance. The beach is super close also."

"Pool was closed undergoing repairs which was the reason we chose this hotel leaving us very disappointed. The room was clean but bathroom smelled of a strong sewer smell and had to keep the window open and maintain air circulation. Restaurant was very nice, great food and dj playing music was a nice touch. Overall if the pool had been open , would have rated this hotel slightly higher. Great location in Glyfada "

"Hotel close to beach. Limited parking but we could always get parked which was great. Staff friendly. Tv didn’t work in our room, neither did the air conditioning so nights were very hot - couldn’t keep door open due to stormy weather. We were floor 5 and there was lots of noise from the floor above- sounded like the dragging of chairs/moving of furniture all through the night "

"Obviously the location of the hotel and the hotel condition was great. But their is big problem with the service in the hotel. At breakfasts when we order anything except open buffet we never receive it, and we left without eating anything two morning.Afternoon we asked for drinks and they look after us after 45 mins, while checkout we asked for buggy and help it didn’t came. This is high priced hotel, and it should not be like that."
