"Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were welcoming, from the night clerk to the breakfast room staff to the lady who helped at check out. The breakfast was also delicious. "
"Bathroom really smelled bad and corners were dirty. Lamp shade stained and pillow case was dirty. Check in was awful. Yes we were late. Drove 8hrs to get there to watch our son play lacrosse and checked in after the game. So around 1030pm. Rang buzzer 3 times and then called. Lady finally came to check us in and basically lectured me for being too late. Will be there again next weekend and definitely won't be staying there again."
"Stayed May 1-4,2026
Room was clean, quiet and great location to walk and enjoy everything on Lakeshore Drive. If you’re looking for a view of the lake it can be blocked by the building straight across.
Breakfast was very busy from 7am-9am often waiting for food to be restocked as well as plates and mugs. Better to go after 9am when there’s no rush.
Overall will book again! "
"Up charged a significant amount for the weekend. Overflowing garbage bins were right outside the door, making it so windows couldn’t be opened due to the smell. Poorly maintained. The room had multiple plastered holes in the wall. The furniture was stained and dirty. Every step and movement from upstairs could be heard in the room."
"The breakfast that was included was very good. The restaurant along side the hotel was Boston Pizza with an excellent lunch menu. They were able to switch us from a room with kingsize bed to two queen size beds at no additional charge which was much more comfortable for two."
