The hotel was close to a small strip mall with a grocery store and a drug store within walking distance. Very clean inside the hotel and my room was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms were spotless, newly renovated, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming! The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a really great stay at Travel Inn & Suites in Innisfail. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. Room is dirty, whole hotel smells like smoke and the bedding had not been changed between guests in the first room so we had to move rooms. This is more like a half way house or a place for people down in their luck, I don’t know why it has so many stars. If you are needing a place to stay the night don’t go here. Staff was pleasant so that is a plus.
