"We stayed in eight different hotels during our two week trip to the UK and this was by far our favorite because we booked a private in Japan cabin on the water. It was brand new and perfectly maintained and you could tell the owners really care. I can’t over emphasize how highly I am reading everything for this property, especially if you book the private cabins. Our next trip, we will make sure we stay here again!"

"What a treat it was to stay here. A very warm welcome, clear helpful instructions to enter when we arrived a little earlier than expected. The room is very comfortable with two easy chairs which is unusual. A coffee maker with a wide choice of pods plus a kettle with tea and coffee. Everything is spotlessly clean and good quality. We really enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend it."

"Stayed in a twin room which came with a sink and shared bathroom facilities. Lovely location. The staff were very friendly and there was lots of information on local walking routes. Well stocked shop and a nice simple breakfast which we hadn't expected."

"I only stayed for one night - the room was very comfortable, had an en-suite bathroom and kettle with tea/coffee etc. Continental breakfast was brought to my room on a tray and the host was very helpful with directions for a shortcut to walk down into Ullapool. The house is on a quiet street just off the main road. Would recommend."

"Very lovely stay in the pod. It was clean and cozy and comfortable. We did not receive the instructions for how to check in but contacted the host and solved the problem. It was stressful because there is very little internet access in that area. The beautiful beach is a short walk away."
