"I came here after one year again, bringing family form Europe, to visit DC. Ratio of the price (7 people, two rooms, 8 nights) to quality was (last year) and still is great. The rooms are clean, in our experience area was safe (we had 2 seniors and 3 kids with us). Nice staff. I hope l would have a chance in future to stay again in Red Roof Inn PLUS+..."
"This hotel was extremely unpleasant and unsafe for children. I visited with my two kids, and the rooms were infested with mosquitoes and roaches. The towels were dirty, and the overall condition of the place was very poor. I would not recommend staying here. Staff is not welcomed "

Hilton Garden Inn Silver Spring White Oak
10/10 Excellent
"I came to Silver Spring to visit friends and catch a concert, and I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn White Oak. The staff was excellent from start to finish. Rose Mary at the front desk went above and beyond when my delayed luggage finally arrived late in the evening — she was kind, patient, and so helpful. I also had a wonderful breakfast experience thanks to the lovely woman at the counter (I regret not catching her name), who shared some laughs with me over my love for iced coffee. Those small, personal touches made my stay feel extra welcoming.
The property was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the AC kept my room perfectly cool. I also appreciated that the grounds felt relaxed and easy to walk around, offering quiet spots to unwind without bothering anyone.
If I had to mention one thing, the bathroom could have been a little fresher, but it didn’t take away from the overall comfort of the room. Overall, this was a great stay with excellent service, and I’d happily come back next time I’m in the area."
"The hotel is a terrific value -- we had a quiet, clean, bright room; met friendly staff; purchased any necessities at a "snack shop," and loved its location -- it was ideal for us (close to everything!) "
