"I cannot say enough good things about these wonderful people, their sweet comfy cabin, the fire wood, the mugs with hot chocolate and marshmallows, the s'more kits, the cute country store with local milks, meats and dairy and fun candies and drinks, along with Lincoln memorabilia! We loved it!"

"We were very pleased with the Bourbon Capital Inn. The owners are working hard to restore the Inn and have done a great job. Our rooms (yes plural) were on the first floor area, so we were able to park in front of our rooms. There is is a "front" porch area (or veranda) that has very comfortable chairs and tables, which we used in the evenings to sit out and enjoy the mild spring weather. Several other travelers were out on the porch which encouraged some friendly conversations. The staff was very pleasant and attentive to our every need. We are definitely coming back!"
