The General Manager Mr.Saravanan puts in enormous time and efforts to truly service all necessary requirements for my family and I during our stay. He is warm, extremely helpful and friendly. I’ve stayed at Chola Dynasty Hotel three times over the past three years and each visit has been consistently excellent. The rooms are safe, quiet, and comfortable, making it easy to relax. Parking is hassle-free, which is a big plus. The restaurant deserves a special mention — the food is always enjoyable and well-prepared. Overall, a reliable and welcoming place to stay, and I’ll definitely return again.
