"Wow! I could go on and on about how wonderful this hotel is. I work with hotels around the world and get to experience some incredible properties. The staff here is truly amazing, they made our stay comfortable, welcomed us and made us fall in love with Vietnam as this was our first stop on our trip. I am truly so thankful we chose this hotel. The rooms are impeccably clean, the breakfast has something for everyone and the pool is a great hideaway from the busy city. We had an issue come up with our room and they handled it extremely professionally and really took care of us. The laundry service is also pretty affordable and they do a great job!"

"This was an amazing hotel. Very family friendly with a splash pad and playground on the 6th floor, and wonderful pool on the top floor. The breakfast buffet was very good with many options for almost any breakfast hankering. We will visit this property again."

A senior member of the hotel staff took care of many extra things for us, all in perfect English. Rooftop pool and restaurant are excellent. I’ll recommend this hotel to anyone."

"This hotel is in an excellent location. The atmosphere is quite colourful. The rooms are not very big but comfortable a enough. Great value for money. Fairly clean although a bit of noise from next door due to renovations. Above all, the best thing this hotel has is the Staff. 20/10 in customer service. That alone is enough reason to stay here again in the future. Every single staff member were fantastic and there service is hard to beat!"
