Based on its location and décor this hotel should be a top tier Ngapali Hotel. It is stunning and peaceful. Main issues are Reception staff; general poor English language skills. Lack of visible General Management with the only 'visible'...

"Great value in this new hotel. You can literally walk to it in three minutes from the airport, even though you rarely notice the airplanes. Be warned, you are a 10-15 minute tuk tuk from the main list of restaurants. We preferred to hire an electric motorbike for 6 hours for about $8. We got a bungalow on the beach, so we stepped out to a beautiful sea every morning. Wifi was very poor"
