"Our room was facing the Sindhubhavan Road so we had good view. Other side doesn’t have good view. Overall very good experience except the Spa. Spa floor was very oily and slippery. She used lots of oil for messaging and didn’t wipe excess oil down after the message. I had tough time washing it off. "

From the way you are welcomed, to the amazing scents of the hotel, the beyond phenomenal buffet for breakfast and dinner, to the spa experience and finally the room being incredibly comfortable and lux feeling! Also pointing out the incredible staff! We had someone in the dining hall that was regularly there named Nilesh and he was fantastic! Additionally, I admire the fact that the Taj hotels hire a diverse staff...

"Customer Service is excellent. Right from you enter they make you feel special. We have visited the place before a few times and they remember us,call us by names,they know our preferences. It feels like coming home. A special shoutout to Anjali,Shyam and entire service team. At breakfast buffet,the team makes ur morning beautiful by their beyond excellence client experience. Housekeeping may use a little inspiration from their counterparts. To sum it up this place is home away from home for us"

"G. Day guys. I had stayed here with family the stay is the best among u had stayed in last 6 years. Starting from entrance to breakfast buffet, hotel boys the best . Swimming pool superb. Food superb . bathrooms better then anywhere in the world wow. Special shout out room cleaners rabi and hansraj . When we were back in hotel at night it was so set like a new room all aligned . Hotel stay is safe sound proof rooms . I had a sound sleep at night becausse of sound proof glasses. My words...
