It is high time that hotels - at least the hotels at this price and comfort range - get rid of the little plastic bottles of shampoo, conditioner etc. and bar soap. So much wastage. We were in fact very surprised that the liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner dispensers were not there. Had only one little soap bar in the whole bathroom. We were two occupants. No soap in shower. "I had my luggage taken care of by hotel receptioner until late night for free. They didn't give me amenities and leave my room for a long time until I said good bye. I thought the reason why they didn't prepare all amenities in the room in advance is to get tip as much as possible. I don't like this hotel service policy."
