"Pool staff were attentive and amazing. We didnt want long at all for drinks and they delivered them right to you in the pool! Adult only swim up bar was nice also. Rooms were updated and clean. We used the laundry facilities and that was very convenient. restaurant and food truck had many choices and every meal we ate was delicious. Valet service was much appreciated and affordable. we had a condo and didnt get daily room service but they came when we called to switch out garbages and drop fresh towels. Love the Margaritaville vibe! would definitely stay here again. "

"i tried numerous times to arrange a shuttle from IAH to the hotel... but no one ever answered the front desk number that was provided. In frustration i booked a cab. As i checked in i made sure that i would be on the 8am shuttle rhe following morning. The following morning i went to wait for the airport shuttle and was told my name wasn't on the list. Thankfully an uber was available to take me to mt flight. Not happy!!"

"Habitacion limpia .lo malo q las cortinas no bajaron x la noche.. personal muy bueno. Bar en piscina exelente. Lo unico malo q estos hoteles Hilton son los unicos q no cuentan con parqueo por eso tiene uno q pagar adicional.. mal eso."
