"When we checked in the lady was nice and helpful. But the room was dusty, had to ask for a light bulb for lamp by bed because it was missing. Lamp on desk didn’t work. The bathroom sink was clogged and took a long time to drain. Sheets and pillowcases were stained. We were only given one wash cloth when we got to room but I asked for more. Overall experience not that great. "

"The shower curtains had spots of black mold on them. The duvets had stains on them as if they didn’t even wash them. The wash rags looked dirty hotels use white so they can bleach these things but this hotel apparently does not. There is an older short lady with glasses that is very rude but the other staff members were very pleasant. The breakfast was not cooked thoroughly. This scrambled eggs, of course come in a bag, but they just dumped them in there with the crap ton of water still in the pan. The sausage always looked raw and the potatoes were always hard."

"Avoid This Hotel: Safety Concerns and Poor Service - Our stay was a disaster from start to finish. I would not recommend this location or the brand based on this experience. When we arrived at 3:30pm to check in, our rooms were not ready. We ended up waiting in the lobby until 6:30pm, only to find that our room was still unclean—there were food wrappers on the floor and sofa, dirty spots around the sink area, and the floor was extremely sticky. The "manager" cleaned the room without offering any apology. Additionally, the door lock did not feel secure because the metal near the lock had been cut away. The following night, we asked the front desk for extra towels, but they refused, claiming there were already some in our room. However, housekeeping had not serviced our room, so we didn’t receive fresh towels. After our stay, I contacted Comfort Inn customer service to share my concerns, but they simply recorded my feedback and promised to forward it to the General Manager, with no attempt to resolve the issue. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel or Comfort Inn for future stays."

"The stay went well overall except for the front desk lady working the early shift, very rude. We requested an extended check out and it seemed to upset her for some reason. Was really rude to my son that tried to talk to her. She also followed us outside as an intimidating tactic because we were arranging our bags into the car. Came outside with her phone and just kept looking at us like she was filming, taking pictures."

"We were gone all day, our room wasn’t cleaned until the evening. We were only given one bath towel for two people. We did not receive clean glasses for second day. The day bartender had no clue what she was doing. She didn’t know how to make a proper Chilton! She messed up order after order while we sat at the bar. She had trouble ringing up orders…what a disaster. She kept blaming it on it being busy- there were maybe 16-20 people. The second night the bartenders were great and it was very busy! The Overton used to be top notch…hopefully things will get turned around."

"It was a mixed bag. The hotel has a dark, small, unappealing entrance and foyer, and after checking in, you have to walk by the closed pool (which was half empty with murky black-green water), in order to get to the rooms. It gave us an uncomfortable feeling. The first room we were given had a disgusting tub/shower with about a 10-inch area of rust around the drain and black, moldy caulk and grout. We were given another room when asked, though a king bed was not available. The second room was fine, with a newer plastic molded tub area. The room was big and seemed clean but dated. The bed and pillows were surprisingly very comfortable. The a/c was very loud and rattling each time it cycled on, which was annoying. The breakfast was scant and horrible, and the coffee maker served watery, weak coffee. We ended up going to McDs for both breakfast and decent coffee."
