"Horrible smell in room! Bathroom was a total mess with wood smashed in ! Didn’t feel safe at all! Half way house next door! Only one staff member at front desk! We didn’t stay and are trying to get our money back! It was 412.00 a night! Unbelievable the hotel said country inn and suites! Very misleading ! False advertising "

"The best thing was the breakfast. Check in was horrible. We arrived at 2 pm hoping we could get in early. We were told to come back at 3 and MAYBE the rooms would be ready. Well, they weren't. We didn't get in until almost 3:45 pm. "

"The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room and entire hotel smelled like cigarettes and weed. The smoke alarm in our room started going off at one point as people in the rooms near us were smoking inside. The shower water was cold and would not get hot or even warm."
