"The staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. The room, well, it was not the cleanest. The caulking around the tub was moldy. And the bathroom smelled like mold. The shelving below the sink was dirty and covered in dust. "

" It was clean quiet lots of hot water. Breakfast was good. Water pressure was poor. Would stay here again. "

"The staff was incredibly rude and discriminatory regarding the service animal traveling with us. Requiring that we provide the exact need for the service animal (beyond what is regulated by the ADA) and when doubting us simply to be able to charge extra monies, demanded documentation of the medical necessity. All of which is a direct violation of my rights as outlined in the ADA. Would NEVER recommend this hotel as the management and staff were unkind and unprofessional whilst dealing with this situation. "

"Carpet wasn't attached to the floor, tiles broken and uneven in bathroom, water damage to ceiling, bed was hard as a rock, body wash and conditioner weren't filled prior to our arrival, the breakfast made us both sick. "
