"The best thing was the breakfast. Check in was horrible. We arrived at 2 pm hoping we could get in early. We were told to come back at 3 and MAYBE the rooms would be ready. Well, they weren't. We didn't get in until almost 3:45 pm. "

"The room wasn’t ready at 5pm. I had to leave but when I returned at midnight- there were no fresh towels- the linens were half put on the bed and there was no toilet paper. When asked to talk to a manager- one was not available either day. "

"The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room and entire hotel smelled like cigarettes and weed. The smoke alarm in our room started going off at one point as people in the rooms near us were smoking inside. The shower water was cold and would not get hot or even warm."
