I stayed here several weeks back, i got a free stay due to The Fleet having 20% of food which was on the menu, No Hot water in the Morning, The door Handle falling off and the Chef being 1hr late for breakfast, I did not put anything bad on here about my stay, instead a gave it a second chance. Last night on the 8/2/2022 after booking with 24hrs notice i turned up to check in, the young lad in the bar informed me he would check my room, after 10minutes he returned to say all was ok, on taking me to the room i found that the bed was slept in, the towels and shower mat were wet and on the floor, there was excrement in the toilet Pubic hairs all over the back, the condiments open and empty and the coffee pot still full of cold coffee and no cups, i informed the young lad who then took me to a second room saying this one is ok, to find the towels again wet and the toilet dirty, a dirty coffee cup, the bin was full and bed slept in. Sorry for that i will check the 3rd room this being a 3 bedroom hotel, i thought i will wait outside for this one, only to see the young lad sneaking out with towels and covers and dirty cups, i stopped him and asked is this one also dirty, my reply the bed has been made in this one, i entered to find further dirty cups a full bin no towels as they had just been removed and a carpet which was in need of a good hoover. On this note i felt somewhat treated like a fool and the manager nowhere to be found. I left for my 3hr drive home.
