"Thr Hotel is in a brilliant location right next to the main shopping area but also within reasonable walking distance to other attractions.
The front desk staff are efficient but didn't come across particularly pleasant, that's not to say they are rude, more professional than personal.
The rooms are pretty standard fair, we had decent sleep on the large bed. It's possibly on the soft side for some but we managed. The shower is OK, ours wasn't rainfall but just the old fashion single head style, again it does the job. Everything else was OK, couple of positive points. Free water dispenser near the lift which was great, and in this area a small basket had what we presume were free apples.
The lifts are OK if not a little slow, the self service breakfast is good. Limited options but plenty enough to satisfy most I'm sure. I can't complain as I thoroughly enjoyed mine.
Big bonus is the free parking on the multistorey carpark next to the hotel, and they also give you an hour after check out.
I would be happy to stay here again and recommend to family."
"Good location. Changing rooms for leisure facilities felt new, clean and well maintained. Same for the pool and sauna steam.
Breakfast was great, exceptional value for money. Overall very pleased and would definitely return."
"I've stayed at Mollies lots of times over the years since it opened and it's consistently perfect - great bed and linens, great shower with nice products and TV app casting that actually works. Everyone's lovely. Highly recommended."
"Terrible, doesn't make sense old building now curry house poorly maintained rooms staff smoking outside the front not welcoming arguments at reception"
"Breakfast wasnt up to par - coffee was very late (20 mins +), staff dont look to be attentive (cant catch their eye) - we stayed to spoil ourselves for what is a very expensive breakfast in a city with a LOT of choice, e.g. instead of going to a lovely Cafe very close or even weatherspoons (yep I went there!) - wish I hadnt stayed, should have been £5, not a penny more (off the bill!) - weatherspoons would knock spots off this shoddy dry option to be fair. I was not aware until after, that we could effectivly 'complain' (see 'order' - though no idea where this is) and get something 'fresh', like the table next to us. _ Rest of the stay was Fab, but I will not stay for brekkie ever again. I would rather pack rice crispies and eat them raw - it was the only spoiler of our stay."
