The rooms were kept really clean and I also really enjoyed how soundproof the walls are and I also really enjoyed how the TV didn’t block HDMI inputs so I was able to bring my gaming console"

"This stay did not start off well. Initially it was wrought with much confusion regarding my reservation. The hotel blamed Hotels.com and vice versa for my prepaid reservation being “accidentally” cancelled. And what’s worse is this mistake was discovered by me within two hours of me checking in. After over an hour on the phone between Holiday Inn and Hotels.com it was resolved. I’d like to thank the front desk clerk from Holiday Inn for her patience, professionalism and compassion. Her dedication to customers was obvious and appreciated during that difficult experience. And to the customer service rep from Hotels.com for working diligently to resolve the issue on my behalf. While I was severely inconvenienced and exhausted, I’m grateful that it all worked out. The room was clean, comfortable, and located in a great area near many dining options. "
