"I booked this hotel by accident, I honestly thought I had booked Courtyard by Marriott so I didn't know what to expect. Upon arrival we were welcomed with a very friendly greeting and a pleasant smile. The gentlemen got right to checking us in and giving us the lay out of what offered. The breakfast area was clean and Ms Charlotte was very pleasant and ensured that food was hot and available. She was very accommodating. The rooms had been updated and you could smell the cleanliness. Overall I had a great stay and got plenty of rest. "

"This property was in a nice location. Slightly outside of Charlotte, but close enough to drive the 25 minutes. Also loved the great shopping and restaurants near by. Great location and would stay again. "

"My family and I loved our stay here. The pool was great, they just need to fix the jacuzzi. Barely any jets working so we were sitting in hot water. Despite that it was still a great pool area. The breakfast and dinner was fantastic. Just enough to have you full and ready to either start the day or settle in for the evening. They still have a restaurant and bar open after the happy hour dinner/drinks but they need to do a better job with the food at the restaurant. The food taste like they put everything in the oven. I ordered wings and tater tots. The wings tasted like the frozen hot wings you buy in a bag at the grocery store. And they were expensive! The tots weren’t crispy at all and tasted very frozen as well. I would skip the restaurant at the hotel and grab either the free dinner or head off site. Overall, it was still a great stay. "

"I've heard great reviews from others and friends, however, it does say it has a pool, what it doesn't say is that the pool has been out of service since last year. This was alittle disappointing. Overall the room was very clean and the air conditioning worked well. Definitely would stay again."
