"Overall, I thought the property was beautiful and well kept. Our room was clean although our refrigerator had some issues and was pretty beat up and old and had rust in it. The barbecue was not clean. And I feel for the price point that you could probably use a refresh in the rooms… Getting a little outdated the pool area was nice and well kept the lobby and staff were exceptional. The spa was not worth the price. It is not a spa experience and the massages were average at best. In hindsight, I should have looked at reviews before booking the spa treatments. I would definitely make sure you stopped at a store before staying in a villa if you plan on eating in at all because the store on site is very small. I would consider it more of a small gift shop with a cooler full of a few choices for drinks and food. I loved that they were dog friendly, and the grounds were beautiful and very well kept. Our server at the family pool were great and they were a little understaffed and they remained calm through it all. I would definitely stay here again, but I would probably shop for a deal on price."

"Check-in was quite easy other than having to return to the desk becasue our keys didn't work upon first trying to get into our room. Room was simple and clean. Expected to have shampoo/conditioner/lotion in the bathroom as most hotels do, but there was only soap. Minimal amenities but it was easy for a one-night stay. Quite expensive for what you get but it was decent."
