"The room was very spacious and new but lacked regular amenities like hand cream and we had to request our room to be cleaned each day. There was no phone in the room and we had to use a QR code to contact front desk so only one-way communication. We had the safe battery fail and needed to call them 3 times to get it fixed because they cannot call you back. The elevator was under repair and then when we used it, it dropped about 3 feet and trapped us. We rang the alarm and then were sent to the basement where a hotel worker told us to get off this floor in French and no one seemed at all bothered by our experience. The breakfast buffet was not worth the price and we did not return - went to the restaurants across the street."

"The front desk staff were the best they asked if they could help carry our bags to our floor Note there is no elevator in this hotel. Free breakfast had both cpld and hot food the lady in the dining room was super nice each morning. The bathrooms are world class and very clean. The location is perfect close to restaurants, marche, and old town. We will stay again in a minute. That you everyone for making our anniverstly visit to Quebec so amazing."

"Very clean room. Our room has a pool view, recommended. Pool, hot tub and zacuzi are in the nice courtyard, very nice. Staffing were great helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good enough for us. Location was great if you want to visit the Old Quebec without driving too far. Just drive to the ferry terminal that takes you to the Old Quebec. Highly recommended."

"Location is good and in a nice neighbourhood with easy access to the Plains of Abraham Park and many local restaurants. The restaurant franchise within the hotel was very good for breakfast. However, the hotel is a fair walk from the town but close to the Parliament buildings. The decor needs refreshing, with electric points lose on the walls . The beds are made every day but perhaps staff levels are low as cleaning was basic. Our duvet was replaced when asked as the original was threadbare. However, the views of Quebec, the Citidel and St Lawrence River were unbeatable."
