"Very nice and well managed hotel"

"Everything. Beautifully furnished room,quite unique,comfy large bed ,fantastic brand new shower,huge sink,lovely bathroom, spotlessly clean throughout. Blackout curtains. Excellent lighting. Wonderful breakfast included with table service and s huge selection of food. Pancakes are delicious. .an amazing view from the restaurant on 5th floor. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Has great spa facilities but I did not use them. Right in the centre of Montecatini terme in a great position,5 mins by foot from train station and bus stop . All the amenities and shops on your doorstep, restaurants, cafes,etc. Can't fault it and would definitely return and recommend it.to anyone. Value for money unbeatable. "

"Air conditioning did not work at all. Hard beds with springs everywhere. Pillows paper thin and was so bad needed to look for another hotel. Pictures were misleading."

"This property was, overall, really nice! The pool was wonderful, especially in the heat wave, and the free breakfast was a nice option to have. Staff was wonderful, and the location is very walkable. The biggest complaint is that the bed was hard as a rock! And the sheets were very starchy and stiff. We had to ask someone for a mattress topper, which they somehow remedied, but were a bit shocked. "
