"Hotel location is very convenient close to downtown. All staff were kind & very accommodating. Our room needs more effecient lighting. Lot noise coming from next room & can hear foot steps from upper floor. "

"Check in was amazing, one valet attendant came off hateful and a little rude, had issues with our TV not working properly and it took a tech almost all day to fix, bar staff was wonderful, help desk was not so informative, found out as we were going to bed on our last night, that there was a 4 floor balcony that we could have spent some time on viewing the city, sunsets, etc, no one told us about that, as for suggestions for activities , sites to take in communication was limited as we just winged it, check out was very fast and easy, for the price I expected a little more than what was received"
