The conceirge saw us before we saw the entrance and helped us with free parking and made us feel very welcome. He also gave us a map with a brief over view of what to do on the island.
The room was clean and bed very comfy and super sized. The hotel itself is beautiful.
Breakfast for us was included and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was fresh with lots of offer.
The beach and town center were so close we popped in and out all the time.
I would highly recommend.

This hotel was an absolute gem! Centrally located with fantastic access to the old town and plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance.
The facilities were amazing, with the pool right on our doorstep — perfect for cooling down and relaxing in the evenings.
Breakfast was superb, with a fantastic selection from the buffet as well as freshly cooked options available on request. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the whole hotel felt luxurious and decadent — such a treat!

Beautiful location! Super stunning views, lovely treehouses, amazing breakfast.
Be warned you will have to carry your luggage up to your lodge which will be up quite a few steep stairs / woodland Forrest floor - but it’s worth it for the views and space between the lodges. There is no door on the bathroom so you will be able to hear everything - but you can escape to the balcony for wonderful views if you like.
You will need a car because it’s a good 20-30 minute walk from the village / coast....

Great hotel for a family stay- double bed, single bed & sofa bed. All lovely & clean including the pool area. Breakfast was good quality with plenty of choice. Bit of a walk to town & Praia Vitoria isn't the most attractive spot in the Azores but was ideal as a base.

Nice hotel located right in the center, good breakfast, comfort and nice view on the public garden and the memorial.Quiet but in Prahca Vehla there can be concerts disturbing until 10:30 pm.

Portuguese hospitality at its finest. My family were made to feel so welcome here. The balcony on the family room was huge and the rooms were immaculately clean. The best thing was the staff here, so kind and hospitable and really went out of their way in a big way to make us feel at home here. Would highly, highly recommend staying here. Best hotel on the island and best service!

Very good value for the price. The hotel is perfectly located, all the people very very helpful in advising and helping us. The room was spacious, turned to the street, but quiet. Difficult to get some fresh air there though. Breakfast is simple, but good.
