"In fairness before I booked i knew it was 23 miles away from the center but didnt think it was that far...because of the winding roads ir takes about 30 to 35 mins each way to the center of town and the hotel doesnt have a shuttle service. Taxi driver from the airport became my driver the entire time there so it worked out! Staff was super friendly and the restaurant ( Bajo Banana) had some amazing sunsets and good food. "Beautiful beach area, 3 pools, area to have lunch on the beach and breakfast and dinner by the pool, very pretty in the evening with all the lights. You need transport if you want to leave the resort though as the area is very hilly and hard to walk, 10 minutes taxi ride to Labuan bajo. More sun loungers needed, especially on the beach area. Perfect place if you want to relax before/after a boat trip around Komodo islands"

We checked out for an overnight excursion and when we returned the next day our bags were already in our room and everything was seamless.
