"We had requests for 2 beds in the room booked, we called the hotel and requested that. It was confirmed that the request was received and actioned. Once we arrived the staff informed us that the room we requested was not available. That’s really disappointing especially when we called on 2 different occasions and requested this and were advised that this was done!"

"When we got to our room the bathroom towel had blood on it. We took it to the reception and complained about it and they did nothing about it. The room was supposed to have a balcony but we didn’t get it. They said paid parking is five minutes away and they give you a voucher to pay maximum but got charged more"

"The carparking was messed up completely , the post stay survey had a faulty link and didn't work, the bathroom sink didn't drain properly, the TV options were awkward and relies on the guest casting from their phone to the TV - this feels very cheap for such a quality chain of hotels, the towels were small and thin. The place just didn't have the polish I would expect. On the positive the room was clean, well furnished and the bed was so so comfortable. The staff were also excellent and helped quickly with the parking mess up . The area around this hotel has limited options in terms of bars and restaurants on the weekend - the Casino is very close and has a good spors bar but non one was there"

"Paid for a roll away bed for one family member and it was awful, uncomfortable and lumpy. Asked for it to be exchanged and was given an even worse one instead. When I spoke to the concierge, she said they fully booked and couldn’t do anything about it. There was a large, visible gap in the bathroom door, affording compromised privacy. The poor shower design meant that water saturated the entire bathroom when the shower was used. The room’s fridge leaked onto the carpet which was unpleasant. Thoroughly disappointing experience."
