"A really nice hotel in beautiful surroundings, with a staff that is overly helpful and kind. However, it should be noted that the pool is part of Villa Minieri Eventi and not Villa Minieri Resort, which means that the pool is prioritized for events. So the pool may not necessarily be available when you arrive, especially during the summer when many weddings are held here.
We have truly enjoyed the hotel and the staff who do their best to please you."

"A short stay in January. Out of season and lots of the castle was packed away. Still able to explore and the suite was enormous and comfortable. No spa services as advertised and told these were only for the deluxe royal suite. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant deserves a special mention as we weren't expecting the gourmet level that we got. Highly recommended. "
