"Location, just on the side of main walking street with no public traffic just a tram running. All local breakfast outlets and shops outside, many small local shops behind including 2 min access to Koza Han and grand bazaar. All local crowd. It a small hotel clean hotel mainly one person on reception but it makes up for being in great location and some rooms with balcony access. Although we faced broken lift on the first night abd the family rooms were not next to each other as requested."

"We enjoyed the fact that the hotel is an old Ottoman mansion that maintained many features like high ceilings and wooden floors. We stayed in the family room with an adjoining room with two twin beds, which was roomy and comfortable. The taxi driver from the new bus station knew exactly where it was located and the fare was reasonable. We were able to walk to the attractions and nearby restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay in Bursa and the Ipekalu Hotel."

"The hotel is located near the famous ULU Mosque and the bustling Bursa Bazaar. It is surrounded by numerous restaurants, and transportation to main attractions like the teleferik and Osman Gazi tomb is convenient. Roshan at reception is very nice and helpful. She speaks Arabic and that helped us to understand many things. The food at the breakfast was great. "
