"The apartment (302 - top floor, no elevator) does not look anything like the photos. It is very run down, smelled like smoke, deep in the pillows, mattress and comforter, there were holes in the walls, the bathroom sink did not work (opened the valve - it leaked all over), the walls are super thin, ..."
