Budget Hotel

Great value for money. It’s nothing flash but it’s clean and safe. Very noisy due to being at the hub of all the action. Great location for restaurants, bars and the fantastic markets at your doorstep. Must try the markets for best street food. Only thing is that there was a strong smell of cigarettes in the room (but hey it’s Israel!). Staff are super helpful and nice.

Great location and value for an apartment hotel

I arrived early evening, after desk was closed, but easily got entry by calling phone number provided. Excellent area, less than ten minutes walk from beach and near a variety of stores, restaurants, and efficient public transportation. Old building with high ceilings and spacious; very comfortable bed and all kitchen appliances worked well. Advertised hours for office to be open were not always available by phone but when staff was present, very knowledgeable and helpful with guidance about all aspects of the city. Noisy at night both in the surrounding restaurants and also in some of the other apartments. Housecleaning is done only by request of visitor and was adequate when done.

O prédio está em excelente localização. Bom sinal de wi-fi. Aluguei um apartamento para 4 pessoas e apesar dos quartos serem pequenos, a sala e o banheiro tem um bom tamanho. A limpeza também é boa, mas deveriam trocar o tecido que forra o sofá, porque está com manchas que não trasmitem boa aparência. Dois pontos definitivamente negativos são: o check-in começa às 14h e eu liguei avisando que chegaria perto das 18h. Cheguei às 17:55h e o rapaz da recepção, apesar de merecer elogio por ser simpático e solícito, me pediu que esperasse 20 minutos, porque ainda limpariam e organizariam o quarto. Eu e minha família estávamos exaustos e entendo que o quarto já deveria estar preparado quando chegamos. Um outro fator que me deixou preocupada, é que não era possível fechar a janela e a porta da varanda. O apartamento era no 2º andar e fiquei preocupada, porque alguém poderia entrar por ali. De forma geral, eu recomendo, mas acho que deveriam se atentar a esses detalhes.

Bathroom was tiny, smaller than an en-suite. You had to sit on the toilet diagonally to fit. The sink was tiny with a big cupboard above it so you couldn’t lean over to brush teeth. Water was very luke warm, almost cold. Worst of all, bathroom door was off its hinge and could not be closed. We had to use the bathroom with the door open. Also the balcony doors were not lockable and didn’t feel safe.

Terrible and dirty

Terrible to find it then our flight was delay and we could not comminucated an the end the Israeli people helps us but the the service terrible they never communicate with us or share the WiFi password. On the other hand the room was dirty we found an used teeth brush. And had a strange smell.

Hôtel qui demande un sérieux rafraîchissement, il est bien trop cher pour ce qu’il offre mais est malgré tout bien situé, le personnel y est très accueillant et serviable. Il devraient annoncer que le nom a changé car TLV Urban Style n’existe pas, il s’appelle Allenby Appartments

Ideal Location...

Not a traditional hotel with pool, concierge, spa or elevator. Very basic but clean and confortable. If your going to be on the go on your stay in Tel Aviv it's perfect. Super ideal location. A few feet away from the Carmel Market. Right in the middle of shops, restaurants, bars and pubs. Bus stop is right outside the door. The beach is a 10 min. walk away. We walked to Jaffa from the hotel it was 2 miles away. On site laundry and Michael the attendant was friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our shower door, within 10 mins. it was fixed. Would difinitely recommend to anybody who simply wants a hotel room that's clean, comfortable and close to everything.
