Don't be fooled
Place was an absolute dump. Pictures totally inconsistent with reality. Upon arrival, no towels, no toilet paper, no cutlery. Noisy dog in next room. Construction dust everywhere - they were building new rooms and banging all the time. Hard to believe Hotels.com was so incompetent as to choose this place.

The worst place I visited
The place is not suitable for accomodation.
It is very dirty, the paint is peeling from the walls, there is mold on the walls, the door handle fell off when we closed the door, the curtains are half torn down. the electricity cables are exposes and dangerouse.
It dosen't look like the pictures.
The worst place ever.

C'est une honte de publier des annonces mensongères de la part de l'annonceur comme de la plate forme, nous avons du reserver un autre logement tellement que le logement etait sale et insalubre, nous mettrons des photos dans tous les sites pour compenser votre manque de serieux et votre malhonnêteté.
A eviter absolument surtout n'utilisez plus hostel pour sa gestion peu professionnelle de la situationet pour ce marchand de sommeil.
Meget ubehageligt for location, service, kommunikation, annoncen på Hotel.com stammer ikke med virkeligheden, meget dyrt til forholdene. Det var meget skuffende

Cela fait très longtemps que nous passons par expedia mais là je pense que pour louer des logements aussi insalubres que celui là il faut faire fort.
Si vous voulez les vrais photos de l'appartement N°15 c'est avec plaisir.
Pour boire un café il y a qu' une tasse, ce matin pas d'eau chaude et quand il pleut toute l'humidité rentre sans parler du chauffage qui refoule des morceaux noir de crasses.
La prochaine fois que nous aurons à partir en voyage rassurez-vous ont déjà oublié votre site et pour longtemps.
I arrived at the appartement by 2:30 am , only to find out that the appartment mentioned in my email was occupied. I then called the number mentioned in the email, the man on the phone told me my apartment was actually another one. Fine, I go to the other appartement. I leave my stuff inside for me to go do some groceries as there was an issue with the catering on the flight, I hadn’t eaten in a while. I come back only to find myself struggling with the lock . The key was stuck in it and wouldn’t budge. I stood there trying for 20 minutes before calling , what I believe is the janitor??, he told me he was not on sight so he couldn’t help me, and told me to just keep trying. Mind you it is 3 am , I haven’t eaten and had been traveling from early that morning. I started to lose hope, thinking I was going to end up sleeping in the hallway that night.
I ended up finding a screwdriver on some drawers in the corridor, which I used to force the lock around in order for in to get back in place. By 3:30 am I was in the room. The room have a dirty feel, from the mold on the walls, the bathroom seeming unfinished and the linen being dirty. I had no choice , but to sleep there for the night, but I was NOT going to stay there one more night than necessary.
I called hotels to explain the situation, they were very sorry and told me they would contact the owner to get an annulation and hopefully a refund.
We are now one week further and I still have got no answers.
The studio was not the same that what was advised on ebooker, and there were so much noises on the street that we couldn't stay in the room. Also people from other flats made party until 5AM we couldn't sleep! The WiFi didn't work and the TV neither. The bathroom was old and the towels dirty. We couldn't stay the whole stay booked as we couldn't even sleep. Awful experience I don't recommend and the owner didn't even tried to fix anything and talk with us about it.
It's a nice place meant for a short stay.
The street is vibrant with the market.

Perché non dicono che l'appartamento è nel bel mezzo del mercato del Carmel dove ovviamente i taxi non possono arrivare?
La camera non ha neanche una finestrina (se non quella che dà sul ballatoio e che ovviamente non si può aprire. Per entrare nel letto bisogna farlo dalla parte dei piedi. Il terrazzino per gli ospiti da su una serie di tetti luridi, pieni di immondizia e sacchi di bottiglie di plastica.

Dobra baza wypadowa na miasto i do innych czesci Izraela. Blisko do płazy, czystość okolicy i widok z balkonu pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Sam pokój tez wyglada w rzeczywistości zdecydowanie gorzej niż na zdjęciach. Dla osób, które nie wymagają luksusu a chcą spędzać większość czasu poza obiektem jak najbardziej Ok.

Bieda piszczy, ale na upartego można tu przeżyć
Wejście do hotelu jest za straganem, wieczorami biegają tam szczury!!! Ręczniki śmierdzą stęchlizną. Na plus - fajny balkonik do dyspozycji, gorąca woda i niska cena.

This is not even a hotel, it reminded me of a murder house!
The pictures do not match the reality. This place is filthy and doesn’t match any standard for even half a star hotel. This would be a perfect place to run an illegal business or to film a crime scene.
After seeing this place I booked a new property and left.
Pleasant apartment I liked its situation in the market. A little bit smelly after the market had closed but only on the street not in the apartment. Good security.
This is the first time I've left a bad review for a hotel, but this was horrendous. Check in was meant to be from 3pm. I got there just after 4, as I was climbing the stairs to my room I was shouted at to come back down and go outside. 5 minutes later I was told it was because the room was still being cleaned. The cleaner/receptionist was vile, really rude, shouted and barked orders as if I was doing something wrong by being there. She demanded my credit card to photocopy it, I was not happy about this as it is not safe to give away credit card details. Both the owner and receptionist were shouting and screaming at me about this. Refused to let me check in unless they did this. I asked 4 times for a refund and not to stay but they refused. The room itself smelled faintly of sewage. My door handle was broken on check in, I pointed this out to the receptionist but she told me 'it doesn't matter '. Turns out it did matter, as on the last day I couldn't actually open my door. In order to get out I had to climb out the window and go down the fire escape. I went back in to find the receptionist to let her know, she refused to even listen. On top of the issues, I have also been overcharged. This place is an absolute disgrace.

Avoid at all costs. I paid for the booking up front and halfway through the holiday decided to check my credit card to find out they had recharged me the full amount on check in. Innocent mistake I thought, I’ll let them know and surely they will fix it? Emailed, whatsapped, emailed again, and again. No reply. Contacted Hotels.com who told them to reply. Nothing. Got my credit card company to contact them. Nothing. At this point it’s been over a week and they’ve refused to contact me or acknowledge what’s happened.
As for the accommodation itself: it was fine and I probably would have booked it again. The room could do with an in depth clean, one of the lightbulbs was missing and the bin wasn’t emptied at all during the week. WiFi was good, location is excellent.
If you do decide to risk pay with a credit card to give you some protection! If you stayed recently, check your balance!
It was not very clean. The garbage had not been emptied. There was mold all over the walls of bathroom. As a person with asthma and an immune disorder, this was very problematic. On the other hand, it was a very good location.
Strongly encourage you not to stay at this property.
Upon arrival, we discovered the property was not as advertised.
Check in was scheduled for 3pm, we arrived approximately 6 hours later and the place was not inhabitable ... dirty sheets, dirty towels, food on dirty dishes, etc.
Management was not helpful and attempted to charge us twice for the same night lodging even though we did not stay due to poor condition.

Central location within the city but communication was horrible. They gave me a WhatsApp number to contact if i had any questions about my reservations and they would constantly read my messages and never respond. You’ve got to be kidding me. EXTREMELY DIRTY MARKET AT NIGHT. PILES OF GARBAGE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREETS. Rats and stray cats. Stay somewhere a little more outside the market.
Do never book this apartment. First, I had to carry my suitcase over a knee-high pile up of trash in front of the door. Then, I had the unpleasant surprise of an empty key box. So I was not able to enter the apartment. The owner was not answering my calls at that moment so I had to book another hotel last minute. On top of that, I realized as I was going trough my credit card statement to be refunded, that they charged me twice. A true nightmare!
